Chief Compliance Officer

Nathan Kattner serves as the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) at Oak Harvest. As CCO, Nathan ensures the firm abides by the relevant regulatory requirements and upholds our fiduciary duty to Oak Harvest clients. He is dedicated to instilling a “culture of compliance” at Oak Harvest where compliance is not seen as the job of the CCO, but of every associate.

Nathan earned his BBA in finance at Texas A&M University. He also completed his financial planning coursework at Rice University and has been a CFP® certificant since 2007. In the past, he has held various FINRA and NFA licenses.

During his lengthy career in financial services, Nathan worked in many different operations and compliance roles. He began his career at AIM Funds (now Invesco) where he served for almost 20 years within the Operations and Compliance teams, eventually becoming Senior Compliance Manager. He then worked at a couple of smaller registered investment advisors (RIAs) as either a compliance officer or CCO, prior to becoming CCO at Oak Harvest.

Nathan is a family man who loves spending time with his wife and three children. He also enjoys being generous with his time, treasure and talents as he regularly serves in his local church.
