Elan Fontenot

Elan Fontenot serves as Senior Event Coordinator at Oak Harvest Financial Group, where she leads strategy, logistics, and execution for the firm’s client seminars and community events. Bringing 14 years of dedicated event planning experience alongside a strong foundation in mathematics and data analytics, Elan specializes in designing seamless event operations that foster meaningful client engagement.

Prior to joining Oak Harvest, Elan spent over two decades as an educator and operational leader, managing complex district initiatives, campus climate, and large scale community programs. Her dual expertise in data tracking and high touch relationship building ensures every event is both operationally efficient and exceptionally welcoming.

Outside of the office, Elan is married and a proud mother to three children: Addison, Hayden, and Jaelan (who is currently attending the University of Southern California). A self proclaimed foodie and adventurer at heart, she loves exploring new culinary spots, traveling, and seeking out new experiences with her family. She is excited to bring her operational energy and passion for community to the Oak Harvest family!
