1. No purchase necessary to win.
2. Eligibility. The drawing is open to all natural persons who are residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees and their respective immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible. The drawing is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. Sponsor. The drawing is sponsored by Oak Harvest Financial Group, located at 920 Memorial City Way, Suite 150, Houston TX 77024.
4. Agreement to rules. Participation in the drawing constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify an entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this drawing, you represent and warrant that you are eligible to participate based on the eligibility requirements.
5. Entry period. Entries will be accepted June 13, 2024 between 6:00pm CT and 6:30pm CT. Entries submitted before or after the entry period will be disqualified.
6. How to enter. Sign up during the Oak Harvest YouTube Livestream by completing the official entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person.
7. Winner selection. Winner(s) will be selected on June 13, 2024 during the Livestream and will be randomly selected.
8. Privacy. Information collected from entrants will not be shared and is subject to the Oak Harvest Privacy Policy which can be found at www.oakharvestfg.com
